长期运动应激对大鼠肠道免疫机能的影响和益生菌的干预效果 被引量:5

Intestinal Immunity Stress Induced by Prolonged Exhausting Exercises and the Effect of Probiotic Treatment

摘要 目的:探索长期运动应激引起的肠道免疫机能变化机制以及益生菌的干预效果。方法:实验大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组、安静营养组、运动营养组,运动对照组和运动营养组大鼠进行每周6次、共9周的力竭性跑台训练。安静营养组和运动营养组每日灌胃新鲜配制的浓度为107CFU/m L鼠李糖乳杆菌溶液2 ml,9周后观察血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(CORT)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、脂多糖(LPS),以及小肠组织中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、分泌型免疫球蛋白(s Ig A)含量。结果:与安静对照组和安静营养组相比,运动对照组和运动营养组血清ACTH均显著升高(P<0.01),小肠组织中s Ig A与IL-8显著升高(P<0.01;P<0.05);血液中LPS水平运动对照组显著高于运动营养组(P<0.05),但安静营养组显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01)和运动营养组(P<0.05)。结论:长期大强度运动引起大鼠应激激素的分泌增加,进而诱发小肠组织免疫应答被激活,炎症反应增强;单纯补充鼠李糖乳杆菌未能有效改善长期运动应激造成的内分泌及肠道机能下降,益生菌营养需要从菌群平衡的角度来辩证考虑。 Objective To explore the effect of probiotic treatment on rats with intestinal immunity stress induced by prolonged exhausting exercises. Methods All rats were randomly divided into a control group,an exercises group,a probiotics group and an exercise probiotics group. Both the exercises group and exercises probiotics group were exercised to exhaustion on treadmill 6 days a week for nine weeks,while the other 2groups were given a gavage of 2ml lactobacillus rhamnosus with an concentration of 107cfu/ml once a day for the same period of time. Then the testosterone(T),corticosterone(CORT),adreno-cortico-tropic-hormone(ACTH),lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in serum,as well as interleukin-8(IL-8)and secretory immunoglobulin A(s Ig A)in small intestine tissues were measured. Result Compared with the non-exercises groups,the average serum ACTH and intestine s Ig A and IL-8 increased significantly. Significant higher serum LPS was found in the exercises group than the exercise probiotics group(P〈0.05),as well as in the probiotics group compared with the control group and exercise probiotics group. Conclusion Prolonged exhausting exercises can increase the secretion of stress hormone in rats,provoke immune response in the intestinal tissues and intestify inflammatory response. Mere supplementation of lactobacillus rhamnosus fails to solve the above problem and enterobacteria balance should be considered in clinical practice.
