摘要
我国院校研究已经从初步形成开始走向规范发展。在院校研究的规范发展中,推动院校研究规范发展,要处理好以下5个关系:服务领导决策与服务学生成长;数据分析与质性研究;国际化与中国特色;机构的行政性与研究的专业化;总体规划与分步实施。
Institutional Research in China has changed from the initial formation to normal development. In the normal development period, we should deal with the following five kinds of relationships to promote the normal development. They are support for leadership decisions decision and making student success; data analysis and qualitative research; internationalization and Chinese characteristics; IR department's administrative and IR research's professional characteristics; overall design and implement step by step.
