摘要
主街策略(Main Street Approach)是美国应用最广和最成功的历史街区复兴策略。经过三十多年的发展,其运作机制和发展模式已日臻成熟,而国内学者对其研究尚且很少。本文通过主街策略形成的背景、内容的介绍,剖析该方法的思想内涵和主要特点,提出对我国旧城区街区复兴值得借鉴的经验和启示。
Despite its widespread use as a downtown development strategy, little research has been conducted on the Main Street Approach established by the national trust for historic preservation of America. This article introduced the background, main concepts and the principles about Main Street Approach, and then provided some experience and inspiration for the revitalization of historic district in our city.
