摘要
为研究NDV7793对肺腺癌皮下移植瘤小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1蛋白表达的影响,我们取72只健康C57BL/6小鼠,建模后随机分为3组(每组24只):PBS阴性对照组、顺铂阳性对照组和NDV7793给药组。观察各组小鼠的生存期及肿瘤生长情况;通过流式及免疫组化检测各组小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1表达水平。发现NDV7793给药组生存期显著长于PBS阴性对照组及顺铂阳性对照组,NDV7793给药组较顺铂阳性对照组抑瘤率更高,顺铂阳性对照组较PBS阴性对照组及NDV7793给药组小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1的表达水平更强,且NDV7793给药组较PBS阴性对照组小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1的表达水平更弱。提示NDV7793对肺腺癌皮下移植瘤小鼠的疗效比顺铂更佳,不仅延长小鼠生存期及抑制肿瘤生长,而且抑制肿瘤组织CEACAM1蛋白表达。
To study the impact of NDV7793 on CEACAM1 protein expression in the tissue of mice with lung adenocarcinoma subcutaneous transplantation tumor, we took 72 healthy C57BL/6 mices, which were randomly divided into 3 groups after model (24 in each): PBS negative control group, DDP positive control group, NDV7793 administration group. The survival time and tumor growth of mices in each group were observed; FCM and IHC was used to detect the expression level of CEACAM1 protein in tumor tissue. We had found that the survival period of NDV7793 administration group was significantly longer than that of PBS negative control group and DDP positive control group, the inhibitory of NDV7793 administration group was higher than DDP positive control group, the CEACAM1 expression level in mouse's tumor tissue of DDP positive control group was stronger than that of PBS negative control group and NDV7793 administration group, moreover, the CEACAM1 expression level in mouse's tumor tissue of NDV7793 administration group was weaker than that of PBS negative control group. These results suggested that the efficacy of NDV7793 was better than DDP in mice with lung adenocarcinoma subcutaneous transplantation tumor. It was not only prolonged mouse's survival period and inhibits the tumor growth, but also suppressed the CEACAM1 protein expression in the tumor tissue.
