牙体大面积缺损修复中玻璃纤维桩与双固化桩核材料联合制作桩核的应用 被引量:13

Application of Big Dentin Defect of Glass Fiber Post and Dual Cure of Post Core Materials Combined with Post Core

摘要 为探讨牙体大面积缺损修复对玻璃纤维桩与双固化桩核材料联合制作桩核的应用效果,回顾性分析本院2011年2月~2012年2月收治的170例(229颗牙)大面积牙体缺损患者的临床资料,均实施桩核修复治疗,并按照所使用的材料分为铸造金属桩核组83例(109颗牙)和玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料组87例(120颗牙)。修复结束后随访36个月,了解两组的修复效果,并进行比较。经随访,玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料组的修复成功率显著高于铸造金属桩核组,p<0.05,对2组患者修复失败的原因进行分析,包括松动脱落、牙龈炎、桩断裂、牙龈着色以及牙根断裂。其中,玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料组未出现牙龈着色和牙根断裂病例。所有修复失败的病例均接受重新修复,所有牙根均得到保留。表明牙体大面积缺损修复中实施玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料桩核修复可以获得良好的修复效果。 To explore the application of big dentin defect of glass fiber post and dual cure of post core materials combined with post core, a retrospective analysis was performed on 170 cases (229 teeth) in patients with clinical data of tooth defect of large area in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012, and were given the imp- lementation of post core restoration treatment, and were divided into casting metal post and core group of 83 cases (109 teeth) and glass fiber post combined with dual cured materials of post and core group of 87 cases (120 teeth) according to the materials used. A^er 36 months of follow-up, repair effect of the two groups were compared after the repair. During follow-up, glass fiber pile repair double curing materials of post and core group success rate was significantly higher than that of cast metal post and core group, p 〈0.05. The reasons for the failure of repair of the 2 groups were analyzed, including loosening, fracture, gingivitis, gingival coloration of pile and root fracture. Among them, glass fiber post combined with dual cured materials of post and core group did not appear gingival coloration and root fracture cases. All patients underwent repair failure to repair, all teeth were preserved. That glass fiber post combined with dual curing pile nuclear material post core restoration can obtain the good restoration effect in the implementation of big dentin defect.
