摘要
西方"学生权力"历经了"主导""被动赋权"和"行动争取"的阶段性变化,表现出"从彰显走向隐匿再走向复兴"和"从激进对抗走向理性参与"的特征。从自发的群体利益保障措施升华为制度文化自觉,使其在西方大学制度体系中获得合法性,能够合理、有效地参与大学治理。借鉴西方大学的经验,应以"学生权力"为逻辑起点,从抽象规范和具体操作两个层面来完善我国现代大学制度体系,推动其可持续发展。
Student power in western universities developed from"dominant position","passive empowerment"to"action to fight". It showed significant characteristics on"from display to conceal again to renaissance"and"from radical against to rational participation"with degree and form. During the process,it is sublimate from a kind of spontaneous group interests safeguard to an institutional culture consciously. Such change made"student power"get guarantee from legality,so can be reasonable and effective participation in universities governance. It is important for our universities' sustainable development that"student power"as the logic starting point to perfect modern university system in China.
