摘要
师范生对国家教师资格考试的制度认同包括价值认同、效力认同和影响认同3个因子,师范生教学效能感包含一般教育效能感和个人教学效能感两个维度。一般教育效能感对制度认同及其各因子的预测能力较弱,个人教学效能感对制度认同及其各因子具有显著的预测效果。为提高师范生的制度认同、促进他们的专业成长,应当引导师范生理性地认识教育功能,保持合理的一般教育效能感;培养师范生过硬的教育教学能力,不断提高个人教学效能感。
There are three factors that include value,effectiveness and influence for normal students' system identity of National Teacher Certification Examination(NTCE). Normal students' teaching efficacy is consisted of general education efficacy and personal teaching efficacy. General education efficacy is hard to predict system identity and its factors,and personal teaching efficacy can predict them significantly. For the sake of normal students' system identity of "NTCE"and their professional development,we should lead them to treat educational function rationally and keep a reasonable general education efficacy. We should educate their competency of teaching and promote their personal teaching efficacy constantly.
