摘要
融合教育质量评估是促进融合教育发展、提高融合教育质量的重要实践活动。作为一种价值关联活动,融合教育的质量评估反映了特定的价值取向,即公平与效率相兼容的质量观。依照融合教育的基本理念以及以公平与效率为核心的质量观,借鉴国外融合教育质量评估指标,本文构建了体现教育输入、教育过程和教育结果全方位的融合教育质量评估的指标体系。在此基础上,构建了融合教育质量评估的框架和模型。
The evaluation of inclusive education quality,an important practice in the promotion of the development of inclusive education,reflects the concept of value focusing on the compatibility of equity with efficiency. This study,based on the basic idea of inclusive education and the concept of value focusing on equity and efficiency,as well as the overseas indicators for the evaluation of inclusive education quality,constructs a system of indicators for the evaluation of inclusive education quality,which embodies"input-process-output"during inclusive education. In conclusion,the authors construct the framework and the model for the evaluation of inclusive education quality.
