摘要
特殊教育教师是职业倦怠的高发人群。职业倦怠对特殊教育教师自身的身心健康、学生的学业成绩以及特殊教育质量产生了严重的消极影响。国外对特殊教育教师职业倦怠进行了大量研究,研究的内容包括特殊教育教师职业倦怠的具体表现、危害、影响因素以及干预措施等。尽管研究取得了比较丰富的成果,但是依然存在研究取样相对狭窄、研究设计较为单一以及干预研究数量较少等问题。未来的研究需要进一步拓展研究取样,丰富研究设计以及开展更多的干预实证研究。
Special education teachers are a high-risk group of job burnout,which has produced a seriously negative impact on special education teachers’ physical and mental health,as well as their students’ academic performance and the quality of special education. Overseas research conducts much research into the job burnout of special education teachers,involving the specific forms of their job burnout,its harm,factors and interventions. Although the research has achieved rich results,problems still arise,such as narrow research sampling,simple research designing,and insufficient intervention researches. The future research needs to expand research sampling,enrich research designing,and conduct more empirical study of interventions.
