乳癖病证源流考略

A Brief Study on the Source and Evolution of Rupi(Mammary Gland Hyperplasia) in TCM

对乳癖的病名源流进行初步考证,并梳理了古代医籍中关于乳癖病因病机及证治的论述。乳癖的病名提出约在宋代以前,至明代后期该病名方与妇人乳房肿块建立起确切的联系,清代医家逐步丰富了乳癖的理法方药。

This paper preliminarily researched the source and evolution of the name as Rupi and sorted out the discussion about the etiology, pathogenesis, syndromes and treatment related to Rupi in ancient medical books. The name as ＂Rupi＂ was put forward before the Song dynasty, and it was finally made exact connection with the disease of tumor in the breast up to the late Ming dynasty. Physicians in the Qing dynasty gradually enriched the theory, method, prescription and medicine in the treatment of Rupi.
