摘要 在电力市场中,分时电价的应用越来越普遍。针对日负荷曲线波动剧烈、峰谷差较大等问题,文中将拉姆齐定价理论引入到分时电价的制定当中。根据用户的需求弹性和电力企业供电边际成本的差异,通过运用价格手段使用户更合理用电。算例分析表明,运用拉姆齐定价原理制定的分时电价,一定程度上能够平滑负荷曲线,可降低尖峰电量。 Application of the time-of-use pricing is inc- reasingly used in the electric power market nowadays. In view of the fluctuation of daily load curve and also the large differe- nces between the peak and valley loads, this paper introduces the Ramsey pricing theory. According to differences between the users' demand elasticity and the marginal cost of the power supply of the power company, the pricing means is used to make users to use electricity more reasonably The case as described in this paper illustrates that the time-of-use price developed by using the Ramsay prices method an smooth the user's load curve to a certain extent, and also can reduce the Deakpower
