膨胀土锚索止浆塞施工工艺现场试验研究

Experimental Study of Anchor Stopper Plug Construction Technique in Expansive Soil

利用具有高膨胀率的膨胀土作为原材料,发明出一种膨胀土锚索止浆塞。该止浆塞放置在锚索自由段和锚固段交界处和锚索一起放入锚孔中。通过现场试验得到注浆压力、注浆量和返浆/漏浆量之间的关系。结果表明,水泥浆的注浆量得到了保证,锚索承载力也得到了提高。

Using expansive soil as material, the authors invent a stopper plug. The stopper plug was set with the anchor cable. According to the test, the relationship of grouting pressure, quantity and slurry quantity was obtained. The results show that the grouting quantity was ensured and anchor cable bearing capacity was improved.
