摘要
为了探索甜菜幼苗的抗旱性,对4个不同播期处理的甜菜纸筒苗叶片进行石蜡切片解剖结构观测,并用模糊数学的隶属函数法对叶片海绵组织、叶片组织结构紧密度、表皮厚度、栅栏组织、叶片组织疏松度等8项叶片抗旱性指标进行抗旱性综合评价。结果表明,从叶片组织解剖结构角度分析,4种不同播期甜菜中,苗龄较长的抗旱能力较强,播期对甜菜纸筒苗生长指标影响很大,因此要适当提早育苗,延长育苗期,提高育苗质量。
In order to further determine the drought resistance of sugar beet seedlings. The 8 drought resistance indexes of anatomical leaf structure (Blade main vein thickness, primary xylem thickness of main veins, phloem thickness of main veins, leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness, sponge tissue thickness, upper epidermis and lower epidermis thickness) of paper-tube sugar beet seedlings with four different sowing date treatments was studied. Meanwhile a comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance was given. The result showed that the drought resistance could be increased by early sowing. Different sowing date had a great influence on growth indexes of paper-tube seedlings. Thus the extension of seedling-raising could improve the quality of seedlings.
