摘要
综述了分子标记技术在甘蔗种质资源遗传多样性、种质资源的鉴定与分类、亲缘关系研究、指纹图谱构建、遗传图谱构建等方面应用研究进展,并展望今后甘蔗种质资源的研究方向。
The application and research progress of molecular marker in sugarcane was summarized, such as genetic diversity of germplasm resources, identification and classification of the germplasm resources, analysis of phylogenetic relationships, construction of chromatographic fingerprint, construction of genetic linkage map and so on. The research direction of sugarcane germplasm resource in the future was also discussed.
