摘要
从学习和能力的视角探究协同创新绩效的影响因素和提升路径,理论推演出组织学习方式(探索式学习和利用式学习)、创新能力(自主创新能力和协同创新能力)与创新绩效(企业创新绩效和协同创新绩效)的相互关系,并以新一代信息技术产业为例展开实证研究。研究结果表明:探索式学习和利用式学习、自主创新能力和协同创新能力均对协同创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,自主创新能力和协同创新能力在组织学习方式和创新绩效的关系中具有中介作用;同时,自主创新能力对协同创新绩效、协同创新能力对企业创新绩效的影响作用也得到了验证。最后,提出了提升企业创新能力和创新绩效的建议和未来的研究方向。
This paper studies the impact factors of innovation performance from the perspectives of learning and capability,and deduces the relationship between organizational learning model,innovation capability and innovation performance.The paper carries out an empirical study taking the new generation of information technology industry as an example.The results show that all of the exploratory learning,exploitative learning,indigenous innovation and collaborative innovation may influence innovation performance positively and significantly.The study also shows the impact of indigenous innovation capability on collaborative innovation performance,and collaborative innovation capability on indigenous innovation performance.The measures of improving the innovation performance are proposed and the future research directions are presented.
