基于社区发现的产业多样化识别方法改进

Improvement of the Identification Method for Industry Diversification based on Discovery of Communities

多样化是产业结构的一个重要方面,如何识别产业多样化是经济结构分析需要明确的关键问题之一。在Frenken提出的相关多样化与无关多样化指数分解框架下,将产业经济系统看作一种社会复杂网络,选择社区发现方法考察产业复杂网络的社区结构,基于投入产出关系形成产业的重新分类,实现对现有产业多样化识别方法的改进。进而,利用中国274个城市2006~2010年统计数据测算了产业多样化指数,结果发现：在时间序列上,城市产业多样化水平保持着一定的稳定性,作为产业结构应对外部经济冲击的反应,金融危机降低了相关多样化而提高了无关多样化程度;横向对比看,特大型城市的相关多样化指数最高,无关多样化指数最低,小型城市与之相反,体现出大城市各产业间技术经济联系更为紧密的现实。

Diversification is an important aspect of industrial structure,and one of the key issues in analyzing economic structure is how to identify industry diversification.Based on the framework for index decomposition of related diversification and unrelated diversification by Frenken,this paper regards industrial economic system as a complex social network,and innovatively chooses community discovery method as the measurement of community structure of complex industry network.With the industry reclassification formed by input-output relationship,the paper realizes the improvement of identification method for the existing industry diversification.Then,it measures the diversity index by the statistical data of 274 Chinese cities in 2006-2010.The results show that,on the time series,the urban industry diversification level maintains certain stability,as the reaction of the industrial structure to cope with external economic shocks and financial crisis has reduced the related diversification and improves the degree of unrelated diversification;by the horizontal contrast,for the megalopolis the related diversity index is highest and the index of unrelated diversification is lowest,while for the small cities both of them go the opposite way.The results reflect the reality that the link of technology and economy between industries is more close within big cities.
