关联基础设施系统相互作用模型与脆弱性分析 被引量:8

摘要 关联基础设施系统相互作用会耦合放大失效损失,严重影响城市和区域经济社会系统稳定。基于基础设施网络的拓扑结构、工程特性和关联关系,构建关联基础设施系统相互作用仿真模型,提出度量关联关系对脆弱性影响的指标,分析关联基础设施网络的脆弱性。通过算例仿真,得到关联关系对脆弱性影响显著,降低一类基础设施的脆弱性可使关联网络脆弱性降低,关联结构越紧密脆弱性越大等结论。研究成果有助于掌握基础设施微观结构变化与宏观功能变化的逻辑关联。 Interdependences among infrastructure systems often amplify the losses induced by components failures,and influence the stability of the regional economy and society.Considering the topology,engineering properties and interdependences of infrastructure networks,this study proposes a model to simulate the interaction behavior of infrastructure systems,and presents the measures of vulnerability.It further analyzes the vulnerability of interdependent infrastructure networks by simulation. The results show that,interdependences have significant impact on the vulnerability of infrastructures;the vulnerability of the interdependent infrastructure networks may be improved if one infrastructure system's vulnerability is improved;there is apositive correlation between the vulnerability and closeness level of the interdependent structure.
