何立人治疗眩晕病用药规律分析

Analysis of He Liren's medication rules in the treatment of vertigo based on data mining

目的采用数据挖掘法分析何立人教授治疗眩晕病的用药规律。方法收集135例眩晕病患者的病历资料(404张处方)建立数据库,运用频数和关联规则分析其治疗眩晕病的用药规律。结果 1治疗眩晕病的高频药物为玉米须、仙鹤草、川芎、黑豆衣、白术、天麻、景天三七、虎杖、桑叶、葛根等;2常用药对为旱莲草配女贞子、防风配防己、赤芍配白芍、灵芝草配景天三七、蝉衣配僵蚕等;3眩晕常用桑叶、玉米须、桑白皮、川芎、虎杖;高血压常用防己、潼蒺藜、苦参、生蒲黄、白蒺藜。结论何立人教授治疗眩晕病多予益肾、健脾、养血等为主,同时结合平肝、活血、化湿等药物。

Objective To analyze Professor He Liren＇ s medication rules in the treatment of vertigo by using data mining method. Methods The medical data of 135 patients with vertigo （404 prescriptions） were collected to establish the database. The medication rules were analyzed in the herbal frequency and comparability. Results （1）The frequently-used herbs included Stigmata maydis, Agrimony, Ligusticum wallichii, Semen coat glycines aigrum, White atractylodes rhizome, Rhizoma Gastrodiae , Sedum aizoon L. , Giant knotweed rhizome, mulberry leaf, Radix puerariae , and so on. （2）The common paired-herbs were Eclipta alba with Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Radix sileris with Radix stephaaiae tetrandrae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra with Radix Paeoniae Alba, Ganoderma lucidum grass with Sedum aizoon L. , Cicada slough with Bombyx Batryticatus , and so on. （3）The herbs against vertigo were mulberry leaf, Stigmata maydis , mulberry bark, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and Rhizoma Polygoni cuspidate ; the herbs against high pressure were Stephania tetrandra, Flastem Milkvetch Seed, Sophora flavescens, pollen Typhae, and Tribulus terrestris. Conclusion Professor He usually treats vertigo condition by tonifying the kidney, invigorating the spleen, and nourishing the blood, with the assistance of calming the liver, promoting blood circulation and resolving dampness.
