摘要
探讨张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中有关桂枝的证治论述,并结合《伤寒杂病论》《神农本草经》等有关经典原文来开拓桂枝的临床应用,分别从桂枝能"解肌、和营卫",桂枝"能升、能降",桂枝能"暖肌肉、活血脉"三方面介绍张锡纯运用桂枝的经验。
Discussed the syndrome and treatment of Guizhi （ cassia twigin ） in Prescriptions of Intergrating Chinese and Western Medicine combined with the exploration of the clinical application from the classic original texts in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and Shennong＇ s Classic of Materia Medica, this paper introduced Zhang Xichun＇ s experience on the application of Guizhi（ cassia twigin）from 3 aspects of its effects as expelling pathogenic factors from muscles and keeping ying and wei qi in balance, ascending and descending of functional activity of qi, warming and activating meridian and blood vessels.
