摘要 多氯联苯(PCBs)是一类具有致畸、致癌、致突变效应的持久性有机污染物。环境中PCBs的分析测定对环境和人类健康至关重要,而样品前处理则是PCBs分析测定的瓶颈。传统的样品前处理技术耗时较长、操作繁琐且需要消耗大量有机溶剂并难以实现自动化。固相微萃取(SPME)是集萃取、浓缩、解吸、进样于一体的新型样品前处理技术,具有操作简单、萃取快捷、无需溶剂、可自动化的优点。本文简要介绍了固相微萃取,综述了其在PCBs分析测定中的应用,并对其发展前景做出展望。 Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are a class of persistent organic pollutants with the effect of teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic. Determination of PCBs in the environment is critical to the environment and human health, sample pretreatment technologies are crucial in determination of PCBs. Traditional sample pretreatment methods need a lot of time, complicated operation, consume large amounts of organic solvents and hard to be automatic. Solid phase micro extraction (SPME) is a novel sample pretreatment technology set in one extraction, concentrate, resolve, injection, with advantages of simple operation, shortcut, solvent free, can be automated. SPME was introduced, the applications on the determination of PCBs were summarized, and the prospect of its development was prospected.
