硫化氢处理技术在新疆油田的应用概述

摘要 新疆油田油气中普遍含有一定量的硫化氢,并且随着油田大规模的勘探开发与利用,使得含硫化氢的油气井也将愈来愈多。了解硫化氢的处理技术以及工艺过程,无论是在提高经济效益方面,还是在防止事故发生等方面都有着十分重要和深远的意义。文章介绍了目前国内外处理硫化氢的三种方法,同时对新疆油田硫化氢处理技术应用现状进行分析。研究结果表明:新疆油田在对该区块的原油进行脱硫时,应综合考虑不同脱硫方法,如物理脱硫方法、化学脱硫方法及生物脱硫方法的相互结合,以期获得经济效益的同时又能最大限度的控制硫化氢的含量。 The oil and gas in Xinjiang oil field generally contain a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide, and with the large scale exploration and development and utilization of oil field, the oil and gas wells containing hydrogen sulfide will also be more and more. Understanding of hydrogen sulfide treatment technology and process, its role in improving economic efficiency, or to prevent accidents and other aspects have a very important and far- reaching significance. Three methods to deal with hydrogen sulfide at home and abroad were introduced, and the application status of hydrogen sulfide treatment technology in Xinjiang oil field was analyzed. Research results showed that in the process of desulfurization of crude oil, the oil field should consider the comprehensive application of physical, chemical and biological desulfurization, so as to obtain the maximum economic benefit in the effective control of the content of hydrogen sulfide.
