摘要 以黑豆为原料,研究黑豆馏油的最佳提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上设计正交实验,对黑豆馏油的提取工艺进行优化,确定最佳条件为:以正丁醇为溶剂,料液比为1∶25(g/m L)、粉碎度为40目、索氏提取135 min,在最佳条件下比较全豆(完整的黑豆)、豆黄(黑豆去皮)、豆皮的馏油含量。为改善民间药物黑豆馏油的不良性状和使用局限性,提供参考依据。 Taking black beans as raw material, the optimum extraction process for black bean distillate oil was researched. Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize black beans distillate oil extraction process, on the base of single factor experiment. The optimum conditions were as follows: 1 : 25 (g/mL) , crush degree was 40 mesh, soxhlet extracted for taking n-butanol as a solvent, solid-liquid ratio was 135 min. The distillate oil content of the whole black beans, blank beans without peel and the peel of blank beans was compared under optimum conditions. This research provided a reference to improve the bad traits and limitations of black bean distillate oil as medicine in civil.
