摘要
实验测定了清热泻火药栀子、芦根、天花粉、知母、淡竹叶、夏枯草中多糖、多酚含量,同时用DPPH法测定了中药提取液的抗氧化性作用。结果表明多糖含量次序为:知母(44.80%)>芦根(21.47%)>栀子(16.36%)>淡竹叶(11.62%)>夏枯草(11.04%)>天花粉(10.30%);多酚含量次序为:淡竹叶(0.667%)>知母(0.605%)>天花粉(0.536%)>夏枯草(0.322%)>栀子(0.162%)>芦根(0.0523%)。清除自由基能力的大小与多糖多酚的含量有关,随着中药提取液浓度的增大清除率有升高的趋势。
The contents of polysaccharide, polyphenol of heat purging fire Chinese herbs for fruit of cape jasmine, reed rhizome, root of Mongolian snakegourd, all-grass of common lophantherum, fruit-spike of common selfheal were determined, and the antioxidative effect of the Chinese herbs extracts was studied by DPPH method. The results showed that the polysaccharide content of Chinese herbs extracts was as follows: rhizome of common anemarrhena(44. 80% )〉reed rhizome(21.47% ) 〉fruit of cape jasmine ( 16.36% ) 〉all-grass of common lophantherum ( 11.62% ) 〉fruit-spike of common selfheal ( 11.04% ) 〉root of Mongolian snakegourd ( 10. 30% ), the polyphenols contents was as follows: all-grass of common lophantherum ( 0. 667% ) 〉 rhizome of common anemarrhena ( 0. 605% ) 〉 root of Mongolian snakegourd (0. 536% ) 〉fruit-spike of common selfheal(0. 322% ) 〉fruit of cape jasmine(0. 162% ) 〉reed rhizome(0. 0523% ). The capacity of free radical scavenging had related to the content of polysaccharide and polyphenols in Chinese herbs, the trend was increasing of free radical scavenging with the increasing of concentration of Chinese herbal extract.
