萜烯醇酯衍生物的合成、表征及其热裂解行为研究

摘要 以不同种类的羧酸和萜烯醇为原料,采用DCC/DMAP偶合法合成7种萜烯醇酯,产率为79.2%~93.5%。此合成方法反应时间短、反应条件温和、节能环保易操作。此外,通过高分辨质谱、^(13)C NMR、~1H NMR确认了所合成化合物的结构。分别在300℃、600℃和800℃的温度下对肉豆蔻酸橙花酯进行热裂解,应用气质联用仪分析并确定了裂解产物:香茅烯、樟脑萜、月桂烯、β-蒎烯、β-罗勒烯、橙花醇、芳樟醇、香叶醇、肉豆蔻酸乙酯和醛等30多种,裂解产物中多为致香物质,可充分增强卷烟香气,改善吸味。 Seven kinds of terpene ester derivatives were synthesized by the DCC/DMAP coupling method with different kinds of carboxylic acids and terpenols as raw materials. The yields of the target compounds were in the range of 79.2% -93.5%. The synthetic method was comparably simple and had a short reaction time, and the reaction conditions were mild, it also could save energy and protect environment. In addition, the structural characteristics of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by HRMS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The pyrolysis products which came from thermal degradation behaviour of neryl myristate in the temperature of 300 ℃, 600 ℃ and 800 ℃ were analyzed and determined by GC-MS. The results showed that these products were mostly fragrant substances, can enhance the cigarette aroma and improve the smell of smoke fully.
