迷迭香酸的提取与分离纯化工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了常温下提取迷迭香酸的工艺,迷迭香酸的提取率达到94.35%。分离纯化采用萃取与大孔树脂洗脱相结合的工艺,先用正丁醇萃取,再用乙酸乙酯萃取,合并萃取液,减压回收溶剂。采用X-5大孔树脂进行分离富集,最后重结晶得到产品,纯度达到66.67%,产率为0.36%。结果表明选用正丁醇和乙酸乙酯作为萃取剂可以除去大量的糖类、果胶、蛋白,X-5树脂对迷迭香酸分离与富集的效果最好。 The new technology of extracting rosmarinic acid as the solvent extraction under normal temperature was studied. Under these conditions, the extraction of rosmarinic acid was 94.35 %. The separation and purification method of rosmarinic acid was adopted to extraction combined with macroporous resin elution. With n- butanol extraction, ethyl acetated to extract, decompression recovered solvents, the appropriate volume was concentrated. With X-5 macroporous resin, the product of rosmarinic acid was obtained by recrystallization, the purity reached 66. 67%, the content of rosmarinic acid was 0. 36%. Results showed that the n-butanol and ethyl can remove large amounts of sugars, pectin and protein. X-5 resin was used to separating and concentrating rosmarinic acid and had the best effect.
