竹屑预处理制备纤维素实验条件初探 被引量:1

摘要 以木器厂废弃的竹屑作为原料,用Na OH溶液对其进行预处理,分别辅以常温加热和微波加热。以纤维素产率为指标,考察预处理温度、预处理时间和液固比等因素对指标的影响。结果表明,常温加热时,Na OH浓度10%、温度90℃、反应时间6 h、液固比6时竹纤维素产率最低为52.1%;微波辅助加热时,微波功率350 W、反应时间8 min、液固比10时竹纤维素产率最低为50.7%。从实验结果知,微波辅助较恒温水浴反应时间缩短了5小时52分钟。 Using the discarded bamboo chips as raw material, pretreatment with the NaOH solution, at room temperature heating and microwave heating respectively, cellulose yield as index, the effects of pretreatment temperature, pretreatment time and liquid to solid ratio were investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions of conventional heating were as follows: WNaOH = 10%, the temperature was 90 ℃, reaction time was 6 h, liquid solid ratio was 6, bamboo cellulose yield was 52. 1%, the optimal reaction conditions of microwave heating were as follows: microwave power was 350 W, reaction time was 8 rain, liquid to solid ratio was 10, at this point the bamboo cellulose yield was 50. 7%. From the experimental results, a constant temperature water bath microwave assisted reaction time was shortened to 5 hours and 52 minutes.
