摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-紫外法测定苦楝皮中成分阿魏酸含量的方法。采用Microsorb C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(24∶76∶0.1)为流动相,流速为1m L·min^(-1),检测波长为324 nm,柱温为40℃。结果显示,苦楝皮成分阿魏酸的线性范围为0.002~0.02 mg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为100.6%(RSD=1.33%)。结论:本法采用高效液相色谱,结合常规紫外检测器,建立了一种准确可靠,通用性较强的苦楝皮中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。
A quantitation of ferulic acid in Meliae Cortex by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detector was established. Using Microsorb C 18column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm), methanol-water-phosphoric acid (24 : 76 : 0. 1) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL .min-1 , the detection wavelength was 324 nm, the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results showed that the linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 002 -0.02 mg. mL-1 (r = 0. 9999 ) , the average recovery rate was 100. 6% (n =9) , RSD = 1.33%. A simple, accurate and reproducible HPLC-UV method was established for determination ferulic acid in Meliae Cortex.
