Brief Discussion on Clean Production in Gas Recovery Plant

从天然气开采行业的具体情况出发,深刻引入清洁生产理念。在整个生产过程中,注重污染预防和源消减,从原辅材料能源消耗、生产工艺、设备、过程控制、管理、员工、产品、废弃物等八个方面收集公司有关资料。全面考虑天然气开采整个生产周期过程对环境的影响,以技术、管理为手段,以节能、降耗、减污、增效为目的。评价企业清洁生产现状,分析企业存在的清洁生产问题,挖掘清洁生产潜力,最终确定能耗、物耗及废弃物的产生部位、数量以及类型。确定削减目标,制订有效的削减措施。判定企业效率低的瓶颈部位和管理不善的地方,提高企业干部、员工的清洁生产意识,实施污染预防措施,从而达到最大限度地减少资源能源消耗,降低生产成本,提高天然气开采得率和能源利用效率,使天然气开发生产过程对环境和人类的影响降到最低。

Starting from the concrete situation of natural gas industry, cleaner production concept was deeply introduced. In the whole process, the source of pollution prevention and reduction had been paid attention to, and company information had been collected from eight aspects, such as energy consumption of raw materials, production processes, equipment, process control, management, staff, products and waste. The whole gas＇s production cycle impact on the environment was fully considered, by means of technology and management, to save energy, reduce consumption and the pollution and increase benefit. The enterprise cleaner production status were evaluated, problems of clean production were analyzed, which could dig into the cleaner production potential, eventually determine the generation of energy and material consumptions and waste site, number and type. The targets were determined and effective reduction measures were established. It needed to determine enterprise in the bottleneck part of the low efficiency and poor management, improve the cleaner production consciousness of enterprise cadres and staffs, carry out the pollution prevention measures, so as to minimize energy consumption of resources, reduce production cost, improve the gas yield and efficiency of energy utilization, minimize the impact of the natural gas development and production process on environment and human.
