摘要
在化工、炼油等工业生产装置中,塔器一直是最关键的设备之一,其性能及效率影响着产品的质量、成本及生产过程的能耗和环保等。板式塔开发研究重点是提高效率,满足低压降和大通量等要求。为了使化工设计人员和研究者对浮阀和固阀之间的差异以及塔器的设计有更深的理解,本文对浮阀和固阀的流体力学性能进行了实验研究,探讨了阀孔动能因子对浮阀塔板和固阀塔板的塔板压降、雾沫夹带和泄漏率的影响,得倒了一些可靠的经验数据。作者结合自己在化工设计上的工作经验,并查阅了相关文献,认为这些数据可用于塔器的设计。
In chemical, petrochemical and other industrial production facilities, the tower has always been one of the most important equipment. The performance and efficiency of tower will obviously affect product quality, cost and energy consumption and environmental protection. The focal point in tower plate research is to improve the plate efficiency, low pressure drop and improve throughput requirements. In order to let chemical engineer and researcher to know more deeply about design of tower and difference of valve tray and fixed valve tray, the hydrodynamic performance of valve tray and fixed valve tray were studied, tray pressure drop, entrainment rate and leak rate affected by velocity were invested, the results were useful. These values can be used for tower design upon his engineering experience and related documents.
