摘要 利用二聚酸、多乙烯多胺及硫脲合成了一种缓蚀剂主剂,并对其合成条件进行了优化,还用红外光谱对产物进行了表征,再将其与改性松香、聚氨酯、多元醇、Zn O按照3∶5∶1.5∶0.1∶0.2的比例混合,得到一种适用于榆林气田的低成本高温固体缓蚀剂XH-3。利用静态失重法和高温动态搅拌模拟试验方法对其缓蚀性能进行了评价实验。实验结果表明:在90℃高温下,XH-3静态液相缓蚀率最高可达99.1%,动态液相缓蚀率最高可达82.2%,动态气相缓蚀率最高可达69.3%,且该固体缓蚀剂能在气田污水介质中缓慢均匀地释放,从而达到长效缓蚀的目的。通过现场实验可知,该固体缓蚀剂最长有效释放期可达160天,最高缓蚀率可达96.3%。 Using dimer acid, a corrosion inhibitor main agent was synthesized by thiourea and polyethylene polyamine, and its synthesis conditions were optimized, the product were characterized with infrared spectrum, then with modified rosin, polyurethanes, polyols and ZnO in a mixing ratio of 3 : 5 : 1.5 : 0. 1 : 0. 2, a suitable low cost solid corrosion inhibitor of XH-3 for Yulin gas field was prepared. Using the method of static weight loss and high temperature dynamic mixing simulation test, its corrosion performance test was evaluated. The experimental results showed that under the high temperature of 90 ~C, XH-3 static liquid corrosion rated up to 99. 1%, the dynamic liquid corrosion rated up to 82.2% , dynamic gas phase corrosion rated up to 69.3% , and the solid corrosion inhibitors can be released slowly and evenly in gas field sewage medium, so as to achieve the purpose of the long-term corrosion. Through field experiment, the solid inhibitor effectively released the longest period of up to 160 days, the highest corrosion rate can reach 96.3%.
