柴可群教授认为,胃癌的基本病机特点为正虚为本,癌毒为患,情志失畅。辨证关键为病证结合,注重舌脉。治疗以"扶正为本,祛邪有度,全程调神,随证而治"为治则,灵活运用"健脾补肾、化痰解毒、疏肝解郁、温阳通络"抗肿瘤四法。并根据围手术期、辅助放化疗期、随访观察期及姑息治疗期治疗阶段中正邪关系和疾病发生发展的特点,四阶段辨证而治,同时重视心理和饮食的调护,在减轻放化疗毒性,提高放化疗完成率,缓解肿瘤相关症状,提高生活质量上疗效肯定。
