MARCH家族蛋白在免疫、生殖等方面的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 膜相关RINpCH（membrane—associatedRINGCH，MARCH）家族是近年发现的一类属于E3泛素连接酶的环指结构域家族，迄今已发现的MARCH家族成员有11种，分别是MARCH1～11。MARCH家族的成员分布广泛，参与多种细胞功能，如免疫调节，蛋白质量控制和膜转运，内质网相关降解，内体蛋白质运输，线粒体动力学平衡和精子发生调控等。MARCH家族蛋白相关领域的研究正日益受到重视，
