高校入学教育视域下大学第一课机制创新与实践效果研究

On the Innovation and Practice Effect of the First Class Mechanism of University in the Perspective of University Entrance Education

入学教育是学生进入大学后最重要的第一课,也是高校思想政治教育的重要环节。高校应通过第一课引导大学生认识真正意义上的大学生活,尽快完成角色转变,确立大学目标。本文以激励学生满足自我实现需要为基础,结合高校人才培养的"四个重要目标",及中国特色社会主义建设呼唤的"四种精神",对大学第一课的有效实施进行探讨,为当前大学生入学教育提供内容、形式上的重要参考。

Entrance education is the most important first class of students,,which is also an important part of college ideological and political education. Through the first class,college should channel the students to know what the real college life is and to transform the role into a real college student with objectives. This paper explored effectively how to carry out first class education that is to base on self- fulfillment,with＂four goals＂of talents cultivation and＂four spirits＂called for building socialism with Chinese characteristics combined. This paper provides references in terms of content and style of this work.
