大连地区临床输血管理工作回顾性调研分析

Retrospective survey and analysis of clinic transfusion management in Dalian

目的调研本地区医院临床输血管理情况,建立本地区临床输血管理模式。方法 2012年对本地区64家医院从输血科(血库)基本建设、临床输血质量管理、输血相容性检测三方面进行调研和分析评价。结果输血科(血库)基本建设、临床输血质量管理、输血相容性检测三方面的平均合格率分别为46.88%、61.95%、92.20%。结论医院应加大输血科(血库)建设投入,加强人员培训,建立健全临床输血质量管理体系,规范临床输血行为,保证临床输血安全。

Objective To establish the standard management of clinic blood transfusion through investigating the situation of blood transfusion in local hospitals. Methods In 2012, 64 hospitals in Dalian enrolled in the survey were evaluated according to three aspects： facility and instruments, quality management of blood transfusion and transfusion compatibility testing. Results The qualified rates of facility and instruments, quality management of blood transfusion and transfusion compatibility testing were 45. 88%, 61.95%, and 92. 20%, respectively. Conclusion To ensure the safety of blood transfusion, it was important to strengthen personnel training, establish the standard management system of transfusion and increase resources in transfusion facility,
