青岛市高校无偿献血者传染病筛查情况分析

Infectious disease screening analysis in volunteer blood donors among college students in Qingdao

目的了解我市参加无偿献血的高校学生的血液质量情况,为完善招募策略、确保安全供血提供依旧。方法对参与无偿献血的26 564名高校学生与274 541名普通人群的血液进行检测和分析。结果高校学生献血者的HBsAg、HIV Ag/Ab与抗-TP阳性率(分别为0.20%、0.03%和0.08%)均低于普通人群献血者(分别为0.27%、0.07%和0.44%)。结论高校学生是无偿献血的低危群体,应加大高校学生无偿献血的宣传力度。

Objective To investigate the quality of blood donated by college students in Qingdao and to provide references for improving recruitment strategies and ensuring safe blood donation. Methods The blood samples of volunteer blood donors among 26 564 students and 274 541 general donors were screened and analyzed. Results The positive rates of HB- sag, HIV Ag/Ab and anti-TP （0. 20%, 0. 03% and 0. 08% ） were lower than those found in general donor population （0. 27%, 0. 07% and 0. 44% ）. Conclusion The college students comprise the low risk group among volunteer blood do- nors. It might be necessary to strengthen promotion in order to improve the awareness on voluntary blood donation among college students.
