摘要
目的了解献血者的基本情况及流失原因为制定招募计划,稳定献血人群提供依据。方法从末次献血日期为2015年1月1日-12月31日的献血者中按照随机数字表抽取485名,按照献血次数分为初次献血组263人,再次献血组216人,发放调查问卷调查相关资料。结果献血者的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业和收入对其献血行为均具有影响(P<0.05)。初次献血者和再次献血者对献血前相关讯息的知晓程度比较,7项中有6项之间差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。再次献血者与初次献血者不同程度焦虑状况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论献血者应多种因素影响而流失,仅需对应调整招募计划,稳定固定献血者队伍,促进无偿献血工作健康发展。
Objective To understand the basic situation and the loss of blood donors, to develop recruitment plans, and to create a fixed team of stable blood donors based on evidence. Methods From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, 485 donors who donated during this period were randomly extracted using questionnaire, among which 263 were first time donors, while 216 were repeat donors. Results Donors; gender, age, education, occupation and income influenced their behavior ( P 〈 0. 05). When surveying first time blood donors and repeat donors, a comparison was conducted on their knowledge before donation. However, six parameters out of seven were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). The anxiety level of difference between repeat donors and first-time donors was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Donors' loss could be attributed to many factors. Currently, adjustmem of the recruitment plan and establishment of a stable team of regular blood donors can promote vohintary non-remunerated blood donation and healthy development.
