摘要 菠萝皮渣是菠萝加工过程中产生的副产物,将菠萝加工企业废弃的菠萝皮渣有效利用,可实现资源的再生。以新鲜菠萝皮渣45%,麸皮40%,干酒糟(DDGS)14%,尿素0.3%和硫酸铵0.2%的比例混合,按照0.5%比例添加含有植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和酿酒酵母组成的复合菌种进行厌氧发酵。发酵后,发酵香气浓郁,乳酸含量和氨基酸总量显著提高,是一种优质的高蛋白饲料。 Pineapple residue is the main by- products produced in the process of pineapple factory. In order to effectively utilize the residue during the pineapple processing, the regeneration of the resource is realized and the present study is carried out.Fresh pineapple residue 45%, wheat bran 40%, dried distillers grains(DDGS) 14%, urea 0.3%, ammonium sulfate0.2%,and 0.5% microbial starter containing of Lactobacillus,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae for anaerobic fermentation. After fermentoin,the aroma of the products is improved,and the contents of lactic acid and total amino acid are significantly increased. The results show that the fermented product is a high quality and high protein feed for cattle.
