摘要
CDIO是构思(Conceive)、设计(Design)、实现(Implement)和运作(Operate)的英文简写,是集系统性与先进性为一体的教育理念和人才培养模式。将CDIO理念引入到"现代食品加工新技术"这门课程的实践教学改革之中,采用集理论教学、实验教学、工厂实践三位一体的教学模式,使得学生更加熟练地掌握现代食品加工新技术,为今后从事食品加工领域相关工作打下坚实的基础。
CDIO is the abbreviation of conceive, design, implement and operate, which is a systematic and advanced educational concept and training mode. In order to make students master new technology of modern food processing,and lay a solid foundation for the future related work in the field of food processing. CDIO concept is introduced into the practical teaching reform of New Technology of Modern Food Processing, and the trinity teaching mode with theory teaching,experimental teaching,and facility practice is employed.
