我国农村社会工作的需求特征与推进路径

The Demand Characteristics and Advancement Way of China's Rural Social Work Practice

推进我国农村社会工作发展不仅有助于实现城乡基本公共服务均等化,而且能够有效缓解农村社会的衰败并促进解决农村发展面临的重点和难点问题。然而,由于社会工作起源和发展于城市社区,农村专业社会工作服务的有效开展不能回避农村服务需求内容综合性、服务对象离散性以及需求结构异质性的特点。而加强农村专业社会工作人才队伍建设、推动社会工作与"三农研究"相结合以及探索城乡社会工作联动机制则是推进农村社会工作深入的可行路径。

The advancement of China＇s rural social work can not only realize the equalization of basic public service in rural and urban areas,but also effectively ease the decay of rural society,and solve the major and difficult issues occurred during rural development. However,due to the＂urban-based＂feature of social work origin and development,the effective development of professional social work and service in rural areas concerns the comprehensiveness of rural service demand,discreteness of service objects,heterogeneity of demand structure. Besides, strengthening the construction of talents team for professional social work,promoting social work and ＂Three Rural Issues Research＂,as well as exploring the urban and rural social work joint mechanism are the feasible ways to promote rural social work.
