摘要
槐花因其独特的口感与药理价值,是消费者喜爱的药食两用型的花卉植物。通过综述槐花的保健价值及功效成分,归纳总结了槐花中黄酮类物质、槐花多糖等典型功效成分对健康的影响,并结合槐花在食品开发中的现状,旨在为槐花的深入研究提供参考。
Due to the unique taste and pharmacological value of Sophora japonica, it has earned great deal of fond from public. The article introduce its health value of nutritional and effective components, especially focus on the typical effect on human body from flavonoids and polysaccharide contained in Sophora japonica. In accordance with common status in relevant foodstuff research and production. This paper is aiming at offer some reference to deep research and development of Sophora japontca.
