The Process Exploration of Apricot Products

杏树是我国北部地区的重要经济林品种,也是山西省北部区域的主栽经济林树种,近年来栽种面积越来越大。如何充分发挥其经济作用,以提高农民经济收入,在传统种植业基础上拓宽产业发展渠道,促进农村产业结构调整,助力农民实现脱贫致富,很值得进行研究探讨。通过探讨杏树果实的初级加工利用技术,以期促进杏树的种植效益。

Apricot tree is not only an important species of economic forest in the northern areas of China, but also the main species of economic forest in the northern part of Shanxi Province. In recent years, apricot tree has been widely cultivated. It is a significant and valuable research that how to make full use of apricot products in economic advantages which could increase farmers＇ incomes, expand industrial development channels on the basis of traditional planting, promote rural industrial restructuring and give assistance to local farmers out of poverty. This article explores on preliminary processing technology of apricot in order to increase planting benefit of apricot trees.
