厢式压滤机清洗装置离合式传动机构的设计

摘要 介绍了一种压滤机清洗装置用的离合式传动机构,使用推杆作为动力源,驱动定位块沿V型导轨上下运动,实现定位块与定位销之间的联锁与分离,克服了清洗装置独立式与机械联锁式传动机构的固有缺点,同时具备两种传动机构的优点。该机构结构较简单,使用便利,定位精度较高,设备成本较低。 A kind of clutching drive mechanism for the cleaning device of pressure filter was introduced in this paper. Using the push rod as a power source, the positioning block was driven to move up and down along the v-shaped rail, which realized the interlocking and separation between the positioning block and the positioning pin. The mechanism overcame the inherent defects of independent type and mechanical interlocking type, and had the advantages of two kinds of driving mechanism.The mechanism also had the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, high positioning accuracy and low equipment cost.
