摘要 针对紫色马铃薯整茎的力学特性进行压缩及应力松弛试验,获得了紫色马铃薯整茎在不同压缩试验条件和不同加载速率下的压缩参数和曲线,并借助二次抛物线模型回归获得了弹性模量、刚度等压缩特性参数,同时分析了模型每个组件的应力、应变随时间变化规律.结果表明:紫色马铃薯压缩试验过程中无明显生物屈服点;在不同的加载速率下,紫薯的压缩特性参数差异并不显著;压缩初始阶段曲线基本重合,加载过程中弹性模量随应变的增加而增加,物料组织发生黏接. Based on the stress relaxation and compression experiment on the whole stalk of purple potato's mechanical properties, purple potato' s compression parameters and curves were obtained under different compression and loading rate. By means of quadratic parabola regression model, the compression feature pa- rameters were obtained through the experimental studies, such as elastic modulus, stiffness, etc. At the same time, the experiment analyzed the stress and strain law of change over time for each component of the mod- el. The results showed that, in the process of compression experiment for purple potato, there was no obvious biological yield point; under different loading rate, purple potato' s compression feature parameters showed no significant difference; the compression curve at the initial stage almost overlapped. In the process of loading, elastic modulus increased with the increase of strain, and the material organization would be bond- ing. The above mentioned results provided references for the purple potato' s subsequent processing, stor- age,and the design and improvement of the processing machine.
