摘要
采用凝胶溶胶法制备了纯TiO_2和Zn掺杂TiO_2粉体,利用扫描电子显微镜对样品的形貌及元素成分进行了表征.结果表明:未经超声分散的TiO_2粉体团聚现象较为严重,超声分散后团聚减轻;纯TiO_2与Zn掺杂TiO_2颗粒均呈类球型,颗粒大小达到纳米级别,Zn掺杂TiO_2颗粒尺寸小于纯TiO_2.
The pure TiO2 and Zn-doped TiO2 powder is prepared by sol-gel method. The morphology and el- ement composition of samples are analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the ag- glomeration of the powder is severe without ultrasonic dispersion and agglomeration alleviates by ultrasonic dispersion. The particles of the pure TiO2 and Zn-doped TiO2 are spheroidal and the particle size of their powder is on nanometer scale. The particle size of TiO2 is bigger than that of Zn-doped TiO2.
