摘要
针对某减速器中行星齿轮设计建模效率低、齿轮工作过程中易出现疲劳失效的问题,通过UG软件对行星齿轮进行参数化建模,然后在ANSYS Wrokbench中对行星轮系在工作过程中所受的应力进行仿真分析,并根据分析结果提出齿轮设计及加工工艺改进的方法。
Due to the low efficiency designing and modeling of the planetary gear,fatigue failure is easy to occur in its working process. In this study,we established the parameterized model of the planetary gear with UG,carried out simulation analysis of the stress on the planetary gear train at work with ANSYS Workbench,and put forward a method to improve the design and machining technique of the planetary gear.
