摘要
通过对TA12钛合金在不同温度下进行相同时间的保温然后空冷,并对其组织及性能进行测定和分析研究,结果表明:在低于相变点加热,随着保温温度的升高,初生α相含量降低;当保温温度在相变温度以上的1 070℃时,空冷后得到魏氏组织。TA12钛合金经热处理后的冲击韧性呈现随温度升高先稍微下降然后增大的趋势,且层片状组织优于等轴状。
The microstructure and properties of the TA12 titanium alloy were determined and analyzed under heating at different temperatures for the same time and then air cooling. The results show that the content of the primary α phase decreased with increasing temperature below the phase transformation temperature; the widmanstatten structure was get after air cooling with the heating temperature above the 1070℃. After heat treatment,the impact toughness of TA12 titanium alloy decreased slightly first and then increased increasing temperature.
