The Research on Models Innovation about Investment and Financing during Constructing New Urbanization——Based on the perspective of literature review

新型城镇化是我国未来经济社会发展的主要动力之一,其健康发展离不开投融资的支持。本文基于文献综述角度,研究了现阶段投融资模式创新的必要性、方向与对策。由于现有模式不足以满足新型城镇化建设资金巨大缺口,因此必须创新,包括统筹考虑地方优势、项目类型;拓宽渠道、创新机制;建立主体多元化、形式多样化的市场化投融资体系。

The New Urbanization is one of the main driving forces for economic and social development in our country in future, and its healthy development is inseparable from the support of investment and financing. From the perspective of liter- ature review, the paper studies the necessity, direction and suggestions of investment and financing models innovation. This paper considers that establishing the market-oriented investment and financing system, which includes lots of principal parts and operation modes, is an important measure to solve the problem of funds shortage in the constructing our New Urbanization.
