摘要
耳鸣、耳聋是临床常见疾病,其病因病机基本相同。中医认为心藏神、心寄窍于耳、心气通于耳、心与耳在经络上关联密切;肝主疏泄,调畅耳窍气机,肝主藏血,耳受血而能听;耳为肾之窍、肾主髓藏精、肾为先天之本。通过中医理论来认识耳窍与心肝肾的功能关系,详细分析了心肝肾影响耳鸣耳聋的发病机理。
