基于经典从治痿独取阳明之再探析

Explore and Analysis the Treatment of Myasthenia Disease from Yangming Based on the Classic Theory

痿病者,实属医界之疑难痼疾,获效甚少,医者皆痛心疾首。然《内经》本已明示"治痿独取阳明"之训,后世之医仍多自我创见,遇痿时,尚可暂安一时,但终不能罢病除害,实为憾事。笔者细读《内经》及数家医书,认为痿者,实为治阳明之虚矣。故从经典医籍方面探析从阳明论治痿证的方法,据此述之。

The myasthenia is a troublesome disease for doctors, while there is a sign that the method of myasthenia - treatment si depend on Yangming in the Huangdineijing. Some doctors don＇t understand the theory and can＇t succeed when they meet the disease in themselves means. I seriously read the Huangdineijing and some other fame medicine book, and I think the method of myasthenia - treatment si only depend on the Yangming weakness. So I write down the thought.
