中西医结合治疗30例慢性阻塞性肺病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treating With Integrated Chinese and Western Medicines

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期的临床疗效及对T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白变化的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规基础上服用补肾培元胶囊,观察患者的临床疗效及肺功能、生活质量等改变及对患者的T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白变化的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05);治疗组的肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC)及生活质量评估改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白改善较对照组均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合对改善慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期肾阳虚证患者临床症状及肺功能疗效确切,同时对细胞免疫功能存在显著促进和调节作用,有临床应用价值。

Objective Observing clinical efficacy and the changes in T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin with stable chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease （COPD） after treating with Bushenpeiyuan capsule combined with conventional therapy. Methods 60 sta- ble COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was treated with Bushenpeiyuan capsule on the basis of conventional therapy. Finally we observed the clinical efficacy of two groups and the influence on pulmonary function and quality of life, as well as the differences in T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin of two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 93.3% and the control group was 76. 7%, which had a statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The pulmonary function index （ FEV1 and FVC ） and quality of life evaluation of each index were significantly improved in treatment group, and the differences in treatment group also had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） when compared with its original level. Meanwhile, the changes of T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin of treatment group also had a statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）, while the control group only showed differences in improving T cell subgroup （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Stable COPD patients with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome treating with Bushenpeiyuan capsule showed significantly improvement in clinical efficacy, pul- monary function and quality of life, which also improving T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin level, indicating that it could promote and regulate cellular immune function.
